Acceptance and scope

Using listpitch.com means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Service Description

Plans and publication rules

listpitch.com lists websites. Free: backlink required, we review before publish. Regular: same listing benefits as Free, backlink optional, live when payment succeeds. Pro: same as Regular plus featured spots on the homepage and in the sidebar on pages with our default layout. See pricing.

We may remove any listing under these terms. Form and checkout details: submit.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• •Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Our Rights and Responsibilities

We reserve the right to:

• •Accept or reject Free submissions
• •Remove or suspend any listing that breaks these terms, the law, or basic safety or quality rules
• •Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time
• •Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Paid listings can still be removed if they break these terms.

Intellectual Property

You give us a non-exclusive license to show your title, tagline, description, and URL in the directory. Pro also includes featured spots as described on the site. You keep your own site and content.

You confirm you may grant this license and that your submission does not violate others’ copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• •Submit websites containing illegal content, including but not limited to sexual, violent, or bloody content
• •Submit websites containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• •Submit duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings
• •Attempt to manipulate our directory rankings or listings
• •Use automated tools to submit multiple listings
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

If we find this after your listing is live, we may remove it with no notice. Paid: no refund.

Submissions and Edits

You cannot edit listing text in the app after submit. Check your fields before you pay or submit. Paid: we publish when payment succeeds.

Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds

Regular and Pro are one-time fees per submit. Leave Stripe Checkout without paying: no charge.

When payment succeeds, we create and publish the listing. After the listing is live, fees are not refundable except where the law requires or in rare cases we list below.

We may refund if: duplicate or wrong charge; payment went through but we failed to create or publish the listing because of our error; or the card network or law requires it.

If we remove your listing for breaking these terms, fraud, abuse, or false info: no refund.

Free: no payment. We may reject in review. Nothing to refund.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise uptime, security, or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for external sites we link to. We do not promise SEO, traffic, or sales from a listing.

Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profit from your use of the service.

Termination

We may stop your access, remove listings, and block future submits, with or without notice, especially if you break these terms or act in bad faith.

Governing Law

These terms follow applicable law. Disputes go through the proper legal process for that law.

Changes to Terms

We may change these terms anytime. We update the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
